G — Goal
I want to build a lifestyle I can actually stick to. Not just lose weight for a bit, but be someone who takes care of myself consistently like eating better, staying active, and feeling more confident.
R — Reality
Right now I’m pretty inconsistent. I start strong but fall off when things get busy or I lose motivation. My habits aren’t solid yet, and I tend to go all in or not at all.
O — Options
Keep a simple workout routine each week, make better food choices most days, not perfect, plan ahead a little so I’m not winging everything and focus on small habits I can repeat
W — Will
This month I’m committing to showing up consistently, even if it’s not perfect. I’ll stick to the routine, make better choices daily, and not quit when I have a bad day.
