Cheers to 23 years!

Most couples celebrate their anniversary with a romantic dinner.

I made Eric celebrate ours by running a 10K in the Mile High City in the blazing heat and high elevation

Nothing says true love like making your husband suffer with you.

PS: they had a therapy cat.

PSS: I finished DFL (dead f’ng last) in the 10K…WINNING!!!!

Race to Cure Sarcoma - Milwaukee 5K…for Dylan 🌻

We kicked off the holiday by running the Excelsior Firecracker 5K this morning! Mike and Linda came up for the weekend, and my friend Meghan Lane joined us too! It was hot, humid, and definitely a sweaty one , but we had a blast!

PS. Check out Eric Williams shorts.

We hiked up to Crow Peak Summit near Spearfish, SD. It was roughly 7 miles and 1,600 foot elevation gain. It was a hard hike but the view was worth it.
